From £500-£600 per week depending on the time of year. The property is let from Saturday to Saturday, April to October. Off-season short breaks may be available (min 3 nights). The bedding towels and electricity are all included in the price

Bookings:

Booking are accepted following the completion of the Printable Booking Form along with a non refundable £100 deposit to secure your reservation, the balance to be paid in full six weeks prior to the day of arrival. It is the hirer's responsibility to remember to pay any outstanding amount by the due date. Non payment of the balance due will be treated as a cancellation and the property will become available for re-letting. If the booking is made within 6 weeks of the date of arrival the full amount is required to secure the dates.

Cancellation:

We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee in accordance with the following schedule:
Within 6 weeks of arrival date - 100% of booking value.
In the event that the cancellation period can be re-let, a refund will be paid to the value of the new booking less the £100 deposit.
If for any unforeseen circumstances we have to cancel your reservation all monies will be refunded.

Acceptance:

Submission of the booking form will be deemed to be an acceptance of the terms and conditions. The person who signs the booking form is responsible for ensuring that all persons occupying the property comply with all conditions in all respects. The property occupied is strictly for holiday use and all persons shall vacate the premises at the conclusion of the holiday. The property sleeps maximum 5 persons.

The property and all its contents, fixture and fittings must be left in a good state of repair and all utensils and equipment etc must be left clean and tidy on your departure Breakages or damage to anything relating to the property is to be paid for before departure. Please report breakages or damage so as replacements can be made before future visitors are inconvenienced.

Liability:

We do not accept liability for any death, personal injury, the loss of, or damage to, personal effects, baggage, motor cars or any items belonging to the hirer or any member of the hirer’s party unless resulting from our negligence.

We reserve the right to enter the property at all reasonable times for the purpose of inspection or to carry out necessary repairs.

We reserve the right terminate the hire without notice.
